Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and financial administration tasks
- Maintain invoices, payment records, petty cash, and supporting documents
- Support sales reconciliation, POS reports, and delivery platform settlements
- Maintain employee records, contracts, visa documents, insurance records, and personnel files
- Assist with Odoo ERP implementation, data entry, and system maintenance
- Prepare reports and operational data for management review
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, suppliers, and external service providers
- Maintain organized company records and documentation
- Support management with administrative and operational projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or SME environments is preferred
- Strong accounting and financial administration knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a significant advantage)
- Strong data management and reporting capabilities
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
- Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers, employees, landlords, service providers, and management
- Strong email drafting and document preparation skills
- Strong logical thinking and analytical ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Overview
- Location: Dubai, UAE

- Salary AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (depending on qualifications, experience, and interview performance).
Key Responsibilities
