Accounts Officer - Banks

1. Payments & Transfers

• Process payments through:
• Online banking portals (e.g., Al Rajhi, SNB, Riyad Bank)
• SADAD / SARIE systems
• Ensure proper approvals as per company authority matrix
• 2. **Receipts Management**
• Monitor incoming payments via bank transfers
• Coordinate with sales team for customer collections
• Record receipts in ERP system

3. **Cash Flow Monitoring

• Track daily cash position across accounts
• Assist Finance Manager in weekly/monthly cash flow forecasting
• 4. **Bank Liaison**
• Coordinate with banks for:
• Account opening/closure
• Updating authorized signatories
• Resolving transaction issues
• Maintain relationships with banking representatives

5. **Trade Finance Support

• Handle documentation for:
• Letters of Credit (LCs)

• Bank Guarantees (BGs)

• Import/export payments
• Follow up with banks for LC amendments and settlements

6. **VAT & Documentation Support

• Coordinate with tax team for VAT-related banking transactions
• Support audit requirements and ZATCA compliance

Required Skills

• Knowledge of KSA banking systems (SARIE, SADAD)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics)
• Strong Excel skills
• Arabic language (basic preferred but not mandatory)
• Attention to detail and compliance awareness

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• 2–5 years experience in KSA (preferred)
