About the Role
The Accounts Manager in Transaction Banking manages corporate clients' global trade finance, cash management, payments, receivables, and broader banking needs.
The role combines relationship management, customer service, market development, solution offering, and new-client acquisition.
Relationship and Market Responsibilities
- Manage transaction banking relationships and increase relationship value while maintaining high service quality.
- Scope market opportunities and understand competition, industry conditions, and economic trends.
- Source new corporate relationships linked to existing customers by offering suitable solutions.
Client Service and Collaboration
- Analyze customer data to understand client personas and provide solutions through a 360-degree banking approach.
- Collaborate with internal groups to provide efficient and innovative financial products.
- Facilitate day-to-day corporate requirements and work with the distribution team for on-ground support.
- Generate leads through customers, vendors, dealers, and curated databases to support onboarding.
