Role Overview
The Account Manager works with the MENA Content and Territory Manager to manage clients across Middle East and North Africa territories.
The role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing client account sales while maintaining CRM, contract, payment, and data administration.
The position also involves building client relationships and acquiring new clients through prospecting and networking.
Main Tasks
- Build relationships with C-level managers, directors, editors, and journalists.
- Prospect for new sales opportunities and identify potential clients.
- Work with Customer Success and Marketing to qualify inbound leads.
- Develop and deliver sales proposals to prospects, target accounts, and existing customers.
- Strategize with the Regional Director on target accounts.
- Provide proactive thought leadership and trusted guidance to accounts.
- Monitor industry trends, products, and services.
- Submit activity reports and sales forecasts and keep CRM records current.
- Map customer organizations and identify new accounts.
