Pangulf Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager Cum Internal Auditor for its finance and accounts function.
The role oversees accounting, taxation, financial reporting, auditing, and daily financial operations across multiple companies and branches.

Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Review daily payments and financial transactions across group companies.
- Maintain books of accounts and manage inter-company and inter-branch reconciliations.
- Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings and maintain related records.
- Prepare quarterly financial statements, MIS reports, and management analysis.
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, controls, documentation, and financial commitments.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to internal controls and accounting procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- A master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is compulsory.
- The role requires 8–12 years of relevant accounting or finance experience and UAE experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and UAE accounting standards is required.
- Odoo and Tally Prime experience is mandatory.
- Experience managing multiple companies and branches is highly desirable.
- CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel and ERP or accounting software experience are required.

- The candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, communication, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- The role requires independent work, ownership of the group finance function, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- The work location is Sharjah, UAE, and work is performed in person.
