Key Responsibilities

• Review daily payments and financial transactions across group companies.
• Maintain books of accounts and manage inter-company and inter-branch reconciliations.
• Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings and maintain related records.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements, MIS reports, and management analysis.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, controls, documentation, and financial commitments.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to internal controls and accounting procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is compulsory.
• The role requires 8–12 years of relevant accounting or finance experience and UAE experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and UAE accounting standards is required.
• Odoo and Tally Prime experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing multiple companies and branches is highly desirable.
• CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel and ERP or accounting software experience are required.
