Accounts Manager

Role Overview

Position Requirements

• The role requires 5–8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in real estate or construction accounting.
• A B.Com or M.Com degree is required.
• CA Inter or CMA Inter is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and the Companies Act is required.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel is required.

Financial Accounting

• Maintain the general ledger and accounting records.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and review journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Project Accounting

• Maintain project-wise accounting and cost allocation.
• Track construction costs, work in progress, project profitability, and budget variances.
• Prepare project MIS reports for management.

Compliance and Audit

• Prepare and file GST returns and manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax provisions and RERA financial reporting requirements.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Treasury, Reporting, and Controls

• Manage daily cash flow, fund utilization, banking transactions, loan documentation, and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare MIS reports, analyze financial performance and ratios, and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop financial controls, maintain documentation, and improve accounting processes and standard operating procedures.

Team Coordination

• Supervise junior accountants and review accounting entries prepared by the team.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, CRM, and project teams.

Workplace

• The role is performed in person.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month.
