Job Summary
The Accounts Manager will manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the organization.
The role covers books of accounts, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, receivables, payables, inventory accounting, costing, audits, and financial control.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of manufacturing accounts, taxation, statutory compliance, analysis, and team management.
Accounting and Financial Operations
- Manage daily accounting activities and record financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank, and general ledger activities.
- Review accounting entries and supporting documents and conduct bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Manufacturing Accounts and Costing
- Maintain raw material, work-in-progress, finished goods, and inventory accounting.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Purchase teams for accurate inventory accounting.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, production costs, manufacturing expenses, scrap, and by-products.
