Overview
- Day to Day Journal Entries for Accounts. Detailed Reconciliation of all Accounts.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices & all Vouchers.
- Prepare Trial Balance & Finalization of Accounts with Auditor.
- Ensure shipments comply with LC terms.
- Prepare Import & Export related documentation including switch BL.
- Day to Day Banking Transactions, Vat Reconciliation, Return Filing VAT payments and managing Claims
- Arrange shipments on competitive freight terms.
- Responsible to liaise with Suppliers for timely shipments.
- Liaise with Customers for Purchase order confirmation.
- Collection & Submission Documents/Switch BL.
