About the Role
Pentastar Shipping LLC is seeking an Accounts & Finance Executive with 3-5 years of UAE accounting/finance experience. The role involves managing full set of accounts, AP/AR, VAT and corporate tax compliance, payroll, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts/finance independently
- Manage Accounts Payable including vendor bills, payment reconciliations and follow ups
- Manage Accounts Receivable including invoicing, collections, follow ups and recovering outstanding payments
- Prepare financial statements, reports and analysis
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure VAT compliance, VAT Return filing, and documentation
- Ensure Corporate Tax compliance, filing, and documentation
- Process journal entries and ensure proper accounting of all transactions
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit
- Handle payroll, staff advances, expense claims and related accounting
- Use accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) for day to day accounting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies
Requirements
- Min 3 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience in UAE
- Expertise in UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
