Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly experienced and detail oriented Accounts Executive to lead and oversee our accounting operations.
- This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with UAE regulations, and providing strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including filings, returns, and audits.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
- Oversee payroll accounting and coordinate closely with the HR team.
- Generate management reports and perform financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external consultants.
- Establish, monitor, and enhance internal controls and accounting processes.
- Oversee daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth office and staff management.
- Manage recruitment support, employee onboarding, exit procedures, and proper maintenance of HR records.
- Coordinate employee visas, labor documents, Emirates ID, medicals, renewals, cancellations, and other PRO related requirements.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, staff accommodation, transportation, uniforms, and other employee related arrangements.
