Accounts & ERP Control Manager

ERP and Migration

• Audit migrated customer, supplier, item, accounting, and transaction data.
• Identify duplicates, missing records, incorrect balances, wrong account mappings, and tax errors.
• Compare ERP data with source records and legacy systems.
• Maintain migration reconciliation and issue-tracking files.
• Document corrections and maintain sign-off evidence.
• Monitor daily ERP usage and identify incorrect transactions.
• Improve ERP workflows, controls, and financial reporting.

Required Experience

• Strong accounting and finance experience is required.
• Previous experience as an Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, or similar is required.
• Strong ERP experience is required; ERPNext experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, VAT, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing is required.
• Experience with ERP implementation, migration, reconciliation, or data cleanup is required.
• Multi-company accounting and inventory accounting experience are highly preferred.
• Manufacturing accounting or costing experience is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large datasets and complex reconciliation files are required.

• The candidate should maintain accuracy and strong documentation discipline.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 15,909.02 per month.

• The work location is in person in the UAE.
