About the Role
Al Nowras Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking an Accounts Coordinator to manage invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting in a logistics environment.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments to obtain required information to raise revenue invoices through the ERP invoicing system
- Create new vendors and customer codes as requested
- Prepare accounts receivable ageing and trace invoices on a periodic basis
- Follow up for collection of amounts on a periodic basis
- Accounts payable management including supplier SOA reconciliation and arranging payments
- Review cost analysis to ensure proper allocation of product code
- Sales invoice reconciliation and ensure all invoices have been posted from invoicing system to accounting system
- Support in computation and preparation of UAE VAT returns
- Prepare financial record keeping and protect sensitive and confidential information
- Support and perform monthly accruals of IT cost, personnel cost and reconciliation of prepaid expenses and depreciation
- Manage balance sheet and profit/loss statement and ensure consolidation in accounting and reporting system
- Assist with month end closing process
Requirements
- 2 3 years experience of working within the UAE is preferred
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to formulate and develop complex spreadsheets
- Experience in shipping/multi national organizations and/or highly decentralized organizations is an advantage
- Previous experience working with financial systems and business intelligence tools is an advantage

- Review cost analysis to ensure proper allocation of the product code.

Pay
