Accounts Assistant in Hamriyah, UAE.
Ion Exchange Global, a global leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to be based in Hamriyah, UAE.
The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting and operational activities, with strong exposure to SAP-based processes including sales order management, vendor bill booking, and stores-related transactions.
The role requires close coordination with the Sales, Stores, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless operational and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- 4–5 years of experience in accounts and operational transaction processing
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and experience in processing sales orders and related transactions
- Support stores operations including GRN, invoicing, stock transfers, PGI, and delivery documentation
- Assist with vendor bill booking and other accounts-related activities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operational processes
- Candidates with strong SAP knowledge, attention to detail, and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
