Role Overview
The employer is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations and financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Prepare and reconcile invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Support payroll processing and monthly closing procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payments.
- Maintain and update financial records and documents.
- Assist with audits, reports, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good communication skills in Tagalog and English.
