Accounts and Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the organization's accounting and financial operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance.
• Experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle Financials, or other ERP systems.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Reports).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
