- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, receipts and payment vouchers
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and other accounting documents
- Maintain and organize accounting files and documentation
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry and document management
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients and other departments regarding accounting and administrative matters
- Answer phone calls, emails and assist with office correspondence
- Order and monitor office supplies and ensure the office is well maintained
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Detail oriented and organized
- Experience in accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle petty cash and expense tracking
- Strong communication and coordination skills
