About the Role
Growth Point Advisors Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee client engagements, manage a team of accountants, and ensure timely delivery of accounting and tax services.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Review bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements prepared by junior team members
- Ensure accurate and timely month end and year end closing processes
- Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Review management reports and provide insights to clients and management
- Review and supervise the preparation and filing of VAT returns in accordance with UAE VAT regulations
- Oversee Corporate Tax compliance, return preparation, and filing requirements
- Advise clients on VAT and Corporate Tax matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Keep abreast of changes in UAE tax legislation and assess their impact on clients
- Support tax planning and advisory assignments
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Accountants
- Allocate assignments, monitor workloads, and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Auditing, VAT, Corporate Tax, and Tax Advisory services
- Prior experience working in an Accounting Firm, Audit Firm, or Tax Consultancy is mandatory
- CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax laws
- Proven experience in managing and reviewing the work of accounting staff
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software such as TALLY ERP, ZOHO, ODOO & QUICKBOOKS, MIS Reporting and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet strict deadlines
- Experience managing a portfolio of SME and corporate clients
- Exposure to audit engagements and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of UAE compliance and regulatory requirements
