The Role
Provide training and support to new and existing customers using the accounting module of PBS dealership management software.
Assist clients during software development, installation, implementation, and training phases.
Provide customer support primarily by phone and email, with regular on-site customer work.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is based in the Calgary office and requires on-site attendance.
- This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.
- Travel to customer locations is required for approximately one week per month.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for the PBS accounting module through phone, email, and occasional on-site assistance.
- Keep customers informed about incident and escalation status through timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with project teams on software installations, implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to assigned helpdesk tickets.
- Assist with customer training and onboarding activities.
- Maintain knowledge of accounting processes and PBS software functionality.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and improve the customer experience.
