Accounting Staff

Overview

• We are looking for an organized Accountant to manage the financial bookkeeping of our business.
• In this position, you will be charged with analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, and preparing budgets.
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assisting with the preparation of yearly audits and financial management reports
• Processing payroll, verifying documentation and postings, and reconciling payroll sub-ledgers to the general ledger
• Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
• Developing, implementing, modifying, and documenting recordkeeping and accounting systems
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
• Keeping management informed of financial status and developments within the company’s financial structure
• Improving job knowledge by keeping up-to-date with new financial regulations and accepted practices, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks
• Nationality: From Philippines that having experience on the field of accounts.
