Company Overview
We are a leading manufacturing company specialized in the production of mattresses, beds, recliners, massage chairs, and related accessories.
We are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee our financial operations and support strategic decision-making.
Job Summary
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting.
The role requires strong experience in a manufacturing environment, with a deep understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee all accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, AR, and payroll.
-Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
-Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
-Implement and monitor cost accounting systems (standard costing, variance analysis, etc.).
-Control and monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation processes.
-Develop and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
-Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
-Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
-Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
-Lead and develop the accounting team.
Requirements
-Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in manufacturing companies.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
-Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
-Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
-High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
