Decision-Making and Accountability
The Accounting Manager may resolve routine accounting, payroll, customer, vendor, and reconciliation issues within established policies.
Significant accounting judgments, unusual transactions, policy exceptions, and matters with material financial impact must be escalated to the Controller.
Success is measured by financial accuracy, timely close completion, compliance, effective inventory and cost accounting, responsive stakeholder service, process improvement, and strong cross-functional teamwork.
This is an in-person position requiring regular and consistent on-site attendance.
Start times may vary based on business needs; however, employees must be on-site and ready to work no later than 8:30 a.m.
