Accounting Manager

Prepare, review, and deliver internal financial reports to firm leadership.

Maintain firm accounting records and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.

Analyze results, trends, and opportunities for leadership.

Own special accounting projects and higher-complexity work.

Identify, scope, and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.

Support system implementations and migrations, and help build repeatable, well-documented workflows.

Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field of study.

Progressive professional accounting experience, including experience reviewing others’ work (close, payroll, and/or AP).

Strong command of month-end close, payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting.

Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas).

Self-directed and hands-on, able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple competing priorities.

Excellent communication and writing skills, with acute attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience leading or supporting system improvements & implementations.

with Ramp, Rillet, QuickBooks or Bill.com.

with using Asana for project management.

Prior experience reviewing payroll across multiple entities or geographies (Philippines a plus, but not required).

A reviewer and coach who elevates the work of the team, not just their own output.

Someone comfortable owning judgment-heavy work (close review, reporting, and projects) rather than routine execution.

High integrity and discretion given the sensitivity of firm financial data.

A fast learner who is organized, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, growing environment.
