Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with account reconciliations
- Organize and file accounting documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports
- Support audit preparation by gathering required documents
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting records
- Assist with expense tracking and verification
- Support the Finance team with administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Summary
