Location and Schedule
- The role is based onsite in Dubai.
- Working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
Role Overview
CALX is seeking an Accounting Intern for hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and UAE tax compliance.
The role supports accounting and audit teams serving client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bookkeeping and maintain books of accounts.
- Support preparation of financial statements and accounting reports.
- Assist with day-to-day client accounting requirements.
- Support VAT and other UAE tax compliance work.
- Organize and review financial documents and records.
- Work with accounting and audit teams on client engagements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Previous internship or academic experience in accounting is a plus.

- Salary is commensurate with experience; no compensation cadence is specified.
