Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements
- Maintain accurate ledgers and reconciliations

- Support month end and year end closing activities
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams
- Assist with audits and reporting
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Requirements
- Strong finance and accounting skills with solid understanding of core accounting principles
- Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Proficiency in journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations
- Familiarity with accounting software and digital tools for invoicing, payments, and record keeping
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data accurately
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on site team environment
- Strong time management capabilities

Role Description
- The Accounting Associate is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations.
Daily Tasks
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements
- Maintaining accurate ledgers and reconciliations
- Working with accounting software to process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Supporting month end and year end closing activities
- Collaborating with finance and operations teams
- Assisting with audits and reporting
- Helping ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations
Qualifications
- Strong finance and accounting skills with solid understanding of core accounting principles
- Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements

- Familiarity with accounting software and related digital tools
