Role Description
Full-time, on-site Accounting Associate role based in Dubai.
Support the company's financial operations and collaborate with finance and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Assist with financial statement preparation and review.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts using accounting software.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with audits and reporting.
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and accounting skills and understanding of core accounting principles.
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting financial reporting.
- Proficiency in journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
- Familiarity with accounting software and digital tools for invoicing, payments, and record-keeping.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Medical equipment or healthcare-related business experience is advantageous but not required.
