About the Role
Perfect Choice UAE seeks an Accounting Associate to handle basic accounting, payment collection, and daily financial operations. You will collect unpaid service charges, maintain records, follow up on overdue payments, and prepare collection reports.

Responsibilities
- Collect unpaid service charges via cash, card, or online payment methods
- Maintain and update records in the accounting system/sheet
- Follow up with customers on pending and overdue payments
- Prepare daily collection summaries and assist the accounts team
- Generate weekly and monthly fee collection and outstanding reports
- Support the finance team with documentation, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks as needed
- Provide basic customer service support to customers and professionals
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports
- Submit administrative and fee related updates to management as required
Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role
