Role Overview
Routeco Shipping is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join its team in Dubai.
The role supports daily accounting activities, record maintenance, bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
- Previous accounting or finance-related experience is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial documentation is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is required.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and assist with daily accounting activities is required.
- Good communication skills in English are required.
- Additional language skills and immediate availability are advantageous.
- Spouse visa status is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at DIP 1, Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting and financial records.
- Assist with daily accounting activities.
- Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- Use MS Excel and accounting software for accounting tasks.
