- Assist with internal and external audits
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Work closely with the finance team to support reporting, budgeting, and compliance
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2 years of accounting or finance support experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work independently

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Accounting Assistant role based in Jebel Ali Freezone.
- Support daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, filing and organizing financial records.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications Requirements
