About the Role
Fandeez Tax Consultancy is looking for a UAE-based Accounting and Tax Executive to work alongside the CEO and coordinate with an offshore team. The role involves handling VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, financial reporting, and client management.

Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of VAT and Corporate tax clients with the help of staff
- Take ownership of VAT return preparation and compliance for a portfolio of clients
- Provide day to day tax support and advice to clients
- Record financial transactions and prepare monthly financial statements
- Perform reconciliations, internal audits, and other accounting tasks
- Assist the CEO in managing client relationships and internal workflows
- Coordinate and monitor the offshore team’s deliverables
- Be flexible in taking on business related operational support tasks as required
Requirements
- ACCA or CA (Finalist or Qualified)
- 2–3 years for fully qualified candidates; 4–5 years for part qualified professionals
- Strong understanding of full accounting cycle
- Proficiency in at least one accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Good typing speed and computer literacy
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must be based in UAE

- Fandeez Business Solutions – a Dubai registered Tax, Accounting, and Auditing firm – is looking for a UAE based candidate to join our growing team.
- You will work directly alongside the CEO and help coordinate with our offshore team of accountants. This is a client facing role, and you will also be required to visit client offices within the UAE.
Key Qualifications
- Education: ACCA or CA (Finalist or Qualified)
- Experience: 2–3 years for fully qualified candidates; 4–5 years for part qualified professionals
- Strong understanding of full accounting cycle – from recording transactions to preparing management reports
- Proficiency in at least one accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong MS Excel skills (spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Good typing speed and computer literacy
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Job Responsibilities
- Taxation: Gain in depth knowledge of UAE Tax Laws (VAT & Corporate Tax) – training provided during initial months
- Handle a portfolio of VAT and Corporate tax clients with the help of Staff.
- Take ownership of VAT return preparation and compliance for a portfolio of clients
- Provide day to day tax support and advice to clients.
- Accounting: Record financial transactions and prepare monthly financial statements
- Perform reconciliations, internal audits, and other accounting tasks
- Other Duties: Assist the CEO in managing client relationships and internal workflows
- Coordinate and monitor the offshore team’s deliverables
- Be flexible in taking on business related operational support tasks as required
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Half day (4 hours)
Salary
- Salary: Negotiable – based on experience and qualifications
- Pay: AED 3,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
