About Us

  • Flying Colour Tax Consultant LLC is a leading tax, accounting, and business advisory firm in the UAE, providing comprehensive financial, tax, and compliance solutions to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and participation in business events and seminars.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate accounting, tax, and advisory solutions.
  • Assist clients with UAE Corporate Tax registration, compliance, and tax return filing.
  • Provide professional advisory services on accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain financial information and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Support audit engagements by preparing schedules and responding to auditor queries.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal quality procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell and upsell the company's accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in accounting, taxation, advisory, or business consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and accounting principles.
  • Experience using accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long term clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines and revenue targets.
