Role Overview
Magic Group (Magic Design Light, Magic Design Contracting, Magic Design Landscape, Magic Design Landscape) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle.
This role is critical to maintaining the company’s financial health and requires someone who can effectively coordinate between the corporate office and field offices.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zoho Books and solid experience in inventory-based accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and financial statement preparation.
- Prepare VAT filings, compliance reports, and other tax-related documentation in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Oversee stock reconciliation and inventory accounting, working closely with the warehouse and storekeeper to track purchases, sales, and stock movements.
- Prepare cash flow reports, budgets, and monthly financial and audit reports for management.
- Process monthly payroll and manage employee expense tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, with relevant field experience.
- Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably in a SMEs enterprises.
- Advanced proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory. QuickBooks/Tally is good addition.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
