Role Overview

Qualified and experienced accountant role with the American Aesthetic Medical Center in the UAE.

The role is based in person and focuses on accounting records, transactions, reporting, reconciliations, and UAE tax compliance.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE is required.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, regulations, and requirements is required.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and tax-related accounting procedures is required.
  • Accounting software and ERP systems experience is required.
  • Knowledge of payables, receivables, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting is required.
  • Accurate recordkeeping, attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills are required.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency and good English are required.
  • Healthcare, medical, or aesthetic industry experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounting records and manage daily accounting transactions and financial entries.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.
  • Assist with VAT records, filings, and compliance.
  • Monitor expenses, invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments on financial matters.

Compensation

  • The description states pay of AED 4,000–4,500 per month.
