About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month end closing activities
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Monitor customer collections and supplier payments
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory related accounting records
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Assist with internal and external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in UAE
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (ERPNext advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CMA, CA, CPA) is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CA, or CPA is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (ERPNext experience is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
