Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenues to ensure financial stability
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support management decisions
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and other relevant laws
- Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and management
- Support cost control and inventory management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant industry in UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
