About the Role
SOFT CARE MEDICAL CENTER LLC is hiring an Accountant to manage sales invoicing, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing. The role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE and knowledge of VAT and accounting software.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit notes
- Record and maintain accounts receivable transactions
- Follow up with customers for timely collection
- Process supplier invoices and maintain accounts payable ledger
- Prepare monthly payroll in coordination with HR
- Prepare bank reconciliations monthly
- Support month end and year end closing process
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in preparing VAT returns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in UAE)
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
- Working knowledge of UAE VAT and basic labor law related to payroll
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Good communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Receivables: Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit notes; Record and maintain accounts receivable transactions; Follow up with customers for timely collection; Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Payables & Procurement Accounting: Process supplier invoices; Maintain accounts payable ledger; Schedule and process payments; Maintain documentation for supplier payments and ensure VAT compliance.
- Payroll & Staff Accounting: Prepare monthly payroll; Maintain employee advances and expense claims; Process payroll payments and ensure timely WPS submissions.
- Bank & Cash Management: Prepare bank reconciliations; Record petty cash transactions; Monitor daily cash flow.
- Financial Reporting: Support month end and year end closing; Prepare journal entries; Assist in preparing management reports.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations; Maintain accurate accounting records; Follow company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
