Role overview
Hayatt Real Estate is hiring an Accountant focused on accounts receivable activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare customer invoices, sales orders, estimates, and LPOs.
- Record and reconcile customer payments.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and customer statements.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain proper records.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Immediate joining or short-notice availability is preferred.
