About the Role
Prime Sources Raw Materials Trading LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations for its Restaurant Division. The role requires 2-3 years of F&B accounting experience and proficiency in POS systems and accounting software.

Responsibilities
- Record daily sales (cash, card, delivery platforms) and reconcile with POS
- Manage supplier invoices, GRN matching, and payment schedules
- Maintain petty cash and daily expense records
- Perform weekly and monthly inventory and stock reconciliation
- Prepare COGS reports and monitor food cost variances
- Handle payroll, attendance, overtime, and staff advances
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare VAT calculations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Prepare Financial Statements and management reports
- Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and accounting controls
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a restaurant or F&B company
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and delivery platforms
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho or similar)
- Good understanding of UAE VAT
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills

The Role
