Responsibilities
- Manage and record various accounting transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliations and transaction reviews
- Prepare cash flows, financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT filings in accordance with FTA regulations
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits on time
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Manage escrow accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and check on timely disbursements
- Oversee and administer the CRM system
Requirements
- Prior experience (2 to 5 yrs.) in the Real estate Developer is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of FTA VAT filing procedures and tax compliance
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
