Overview
- Maintain and update the QuickBooks Online/Desktop company file, including chart of accounts and vendor/customer setups.
- Record daily transactions, including accounts payable (bills, payments) and accounts receivable (invoicing, customer payments).
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Generate monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Manage payroll processing and prepare data for payroll taxes; assist with sales tax calculations and filings.
- Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with audits.
