About the Role
Al Musahim Investment is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, prepare financial reports, ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE tax regulations, and supervise the accounting team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and UAE financial regulations
- Oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and treasury activities
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
- Ensure timely submission of VAT and Corporate Tax filings in accordance with UAE regulations
- Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management
- Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff
- Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is highly preferred
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is an advantage
- Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in an Accounting Manager or supervisory role
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, auditing, and compliance
- UAE accounting experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Summary
