- Maintain day to day accounting records and bookkeeping
- Record all customer invoices, receipts, supplier invoices, and payments
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Prepare daily cash, bank, and credit card reconciliations
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Process workshop job card billing and service invoices
- Monitor spare parts inventory and perform inventory reconciliation
- Maintain stock valuation and cost of goods sold
- Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and overtime records
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
- Prepare budgets and monitor operating expenses
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an automotive garage, dealership, or workshop
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the day to day financial operations of our automotive garage/workshop.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in automotive workshop accounting, inventory management, and UAE VAT compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day to day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record all customer invoices, receipts, supplier invoices, and payments.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare daily cash, bank, and credit card reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process workshop job card billing and service invoices.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and perform inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain stock valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS).

Required Qualifications
