Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments for parts, labor, and customer transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts daily, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to provide insights into the service center's financial health
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes for all service center employees
Requirements
- Experience in accounting, preferably in an automobile service center or similar industry
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation and general ledger management
- Ability to prepare financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet)
- Experience in payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
