Accountant - Ladies Only - Preferably Tagalog speaker

Overview

• Preferably Tagalog speaker
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
