Responsibilities
- Manage day to day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and maintain accurate records
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations
- Monitor project costs and assist with financial reporting for utility and telecommunication projects
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and support audits
- Provide clear, timely financial information to management
Requirements
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Financial reporting and analysis skills including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage
- Experience in construction, utilities, or telecommunication project accounting is beneficial

Role Description

Qualifications

- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
- Experience in construction, utilities, or telecommunication project accounting is beneficial, as well as familiarity with cost control and project based financial tracking.
