Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jiddah.

The Accountant will manage daily financial operations and provide accurate financial insights for business decisions and growth.

Responsibilities

Record transactions, maintain general ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
Prepare financial statements and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance with Saudi accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and management teams on financial insights.

Qualifications

Strong accounting skills covering general ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Experience with payables, receivables, invoicing, and cash flow management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ERP familiarity is advantageous.
Understanding of Saudi accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus.
FMCG, B2B platform, or fintech experience is beneficial.
