We serve contractors, designers, and developers across the UAE, combining quality products with efficient local operations.
We are looking for a **Junior Accountant** who will also support **inventory control and warehouse coordination**.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and willing to learn both accounting and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Willingness to handle both accounting and inventory control responsibilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
- **Experience with Tally and Zoho Books/Zoho Inventory is mandatory**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading and operational warehouse environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidates with experience in trading, building materials, hardware, or inventory-based businesses will have an added advantage
- **Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in accounting and inventory control**
- Experience in building materials, hardware, trading, or construction industry preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory management and accounting principles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Immediate joiners preferred
Accounting & Finance
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Process supplier invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Prepare VAT-related documentation and support compliance requirements
- Monitor receivables, payables, and customer collections
- Generate financial and operational reports for management
Inventory & Warehouse Control
- Monitor inventory movements, stock accuracy, and warehouse transactions
- Maintain SKU-wise stock records and inventory valuation
- Verify GRNs, Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders, and stock transfers
- Investigate stock discrepancies, negative stock, and inventory variances
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, procurement, and logistics teams
- Support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations
- Ensure proper documentation and inventory controls are followed
System & Reporting Requirements
- Strong experience in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory
- Ability to prepare inventory analysis, aging reports, and MIS reports
- Knowledge of inventory controls, reporting accuracy, and operational workflows
- Experience handling large SKU inventories is preferred

- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting, Data Analysis)
- Inventory reconciliation and stock control
- VAT and UAE accounting knowledge
- ERP and operational workflow understanding
