Overview
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Track project expenses, supplier payments, and client payments.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, LPOs, receipts, and contracts.
- Prepare project cost reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and project management teams regarding material purchases and payment schedules.
- Follow up on supplier balances and outstanding payments.
- Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Maintain petty cash and company expense records.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and cash flow tracking.
- Maintain organized accounting documentation for all projects.
