Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records
- Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and employee benefits
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with external auditors when required
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Handle recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and employee benefits
- Prepare employment contracts and HR letters
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for employee related matters
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and HR Administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and employee affairs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Familiarity with Qatar Labor Law and HR procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
