About the Role
DALVE is seeking an Accountant & Financial Analyst to join their team in Dubai, working directly with the CFO. The role involves maintaining financial records, supporting reporting processes, and analyzing financial performance across a portfolio of businesses.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
- Process invoices, payments and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain general ledger records and supporting schedules
- Support audit preparation and compliance requirements
- Support the consolidation of multiple legal entities and preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Support VAT and regulatory reporting obligations
- Prepare financial models and performance reports
- Analyse budgets, forecasts and cash flow
- Monitor key financial metrics across portfolio companies
- Support business case evaluations and capital management analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting (knowledge of consolidation of multiple legal entities is a plus), finance or financial analysis
- Strong main accounting ERPs (i.e. SAP), Excel and financial modelling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Professional level English, both written and spoken
- Experience within the UAE is advantageous
- ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus

The Opportunity
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about accounting and financial analysis and wants exposure to multiple businesses within a growing ecosystem.
- You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, analysing financial performance and helping leadership make informed decisions.
- You will work closely with the CFO and gain hands on exposure to capital management, operations, financial planning and business performance across the DALVE portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Accounting
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
